Delivery and Shipping Policy

 

We are committed to delivering your order safely and within the estimated timelines. Every order is carefully packed to ensure your handcrafted textiles reach you in excellent condition.

We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, through trusted couriers and logistics partners.

Domestic Shipping

Orders within India are usually delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

ReshaTara will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address listings. In such cases, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges. No cancellation will be allowed.

International Shipping

International deliveries typically take 7–12 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance timelines.

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the order value and destination. Any customs duties or local taxes levied at the destination will need to be borne by the customer.

Important Information for International Orders

Some international shipments may require additional documents or identification requested by customs or local authorities.

Delays or returns caused due to non-submission of such documents, along with any additional charges, shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, transport disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.

In such cases, our team will keep you informed and assist with shipment updates.

Packaging

By default, each product is packed in its own box. If you would like multiple products from the same order to be packed together in a single box, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, each product will be packaged separately. 

Remote Area Deliveries

Certain remote or non-serviceable locations may attract an additional shipping surcharge levied by the courier partner. Customers will be informed in advance if such charges apply.
